Troubleshooting your Android TV device

If you are having problems with the TVPlayer app on Amazon Fire TV then please carry take the following steps.

• Unplug the power supply, and plug it back in (

• Remove TVPlayer app and reinstall.
• Clear the cache and data on the TVPlayer app.
