Troubleshooting your Apple TV
If you are having problems with the TVPlayer app on your Apple TV then please take the following steps.
If the app won't launch, please check to see that In-App Purchases are allowed on your device?
- Go to device Settings.
- Tap Screen Time.
- Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions.
- Turn on Content & Privacy Restrictions.
- Tap iTunes & App Store Purchases.
- Tap In-app Purchases.
- Check Allow.
Then force stop the app( by double-pressing the Home button to open the app switcher, swiping on the Touch surface to select an app and then swiping up on the Touch surface to quit the selected app) and try again.
For any other issues
-Restart your Apple TV.
-Check your internet connection
-Force stop the TVPlayer app (by double-pressing the Home button to open the app switcher, swiping on the Touch surface to select an app and then swiping up on the Touch surface to quit the selected app).
