If you are still seeing money being taken from your account it could be that you have not cancelled your subscription properly. You need to ensure that you cancel your subscription in your account on our site. More information on how to do that is here
You may also have multiple subscriptions i.e. TV Player Plus Max and a Kids subscription, or, if you have set up a subscription through the TVPlayer.com website and through an in-app purchase you will need to cancel each individually.
If you do not cancel each subscription, you will continue to be charged for any that are still active.
